Shipping policy

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and freight costs relate to delivery address.  

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. We try to get your order out to you as soon as possible, we aim to have it shipped within 2-7 working days. Once you're order is shipped you'll receive an email letting you know it's on it's way.

DELIVERY
Currently we do not ship to addresses outside of New Zealand. For more information about international orders please contact us.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME
Your order will be dispatched within 2-7 working days.

PRE-ORDER 
Pre-order items will ship as soon as they become in stock. Where you see a product listed for Pre-order, we will aim to get your order shipped approx two weeks from the date of your order. Shipping dates will vary per product. Upon shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including shipment tracking information.

LOST ORDERS
We take no responsibility for lost orders if customers provide incorrect address details.
